Do you trim your stache at all? Mine’s been going a year and I think it’s longer but not as thick. I feel like I should trim some of the real long hairs.

MY NIGHT

Okay so, this morning mom said we were having pizza for dinner. This excited me because I love pizza. So pizza arrives (via my brother picking it up) and then I grab four beers (you see, it is one month until school starts, so I had to celebrate) and watch the series finale of Arrested Development. After this, I decide to go for a bike ride. I head to my job where I get my new schedule and talk to some coworkers, and avoiding other coworkers.

So I grab a Budweiser (that I Rob Swyka gave me) and put it in a coozie and ride around some more. From here I ride up the street and meet Jordan.

Jordan is an eight year old at my pool, and kinda annoying. We spent ten minutes talking about bikes and how his dad is lame because his dad is mad at him for getting into a fight or something weird. Also some old lady spanked him. So then I ride through the rest of my neighborhood and meet Chucky.

Chucky is in highschool probably (like 9th grade) and also goes to the pool. He was there with his younger bro and some other pool rats. I let him ride my bike (after they asked me if it was fast. I don’t know if it’s fast, I’m pretty sure bikes go as fast as you can pedal). So he tried out my bike and seemed to enjoy it I guess. His younger brother drank some of his gatorade and said it tasted bad, so I kinda hoped it had alcohol in it so I tried it, but it did not, it was just warm. So then I continued on my way.

Near the bar (that is six houses down from my house) I saw Dylan and his brother (whose name I forgot), both of whom are 8 and 14ish respectively. They were at the bar for Wing night. We discussed our favorite wings (Jen’s is the best via being made by the wing girl and being spicy) and then I rode around some more. I was riding my bike really fast down the road, and then a kid from swim lessons almost cut me off (via swerving to the left for no reason) and we almost died. I told him to watch out or he could die. On the way back he said that he hopes that ‘a car hits me’.

So that was my evening adventure, gonna ride around the hood on evenings more often, kinda fun. Sort of wish I was in 9th grade, cause those kids would be fun to chill with.

Oh also, between Jordan and Chucky I saw a seven year old on a bike and started following him, asking if he wanted to join my bike gang. He started riding faster (via riding on two feet and standing up). What a lameo

OH ALSO okay so in my life, I have seen one ice cream truck ever. Sometimes I hear them, but they are from across the river. But tonight… I saw one, and immediately bought some ice cream. You don’t understand how rare it is to see one in my hood.

Road Biking

Every week or so someone at the pool where I lifeguard mentions that they saw me riding my bike on the road. Makes me feel cool or something, especially since they are often impressed/worried that I will die.
